Wayne Cunningham

Stockholder / Vice President

Wayne Cunningham is an owner of Irvinbilt Constructors, Inc. and serves as vice-president. He manages the mechanical end of the business. Wayne is a widower and has three daughters. He lives in Chillicothe, Missouri where he graduated from Chillicothe High School and later with honors from The School of Hard Knocks. He worked in the construction field for a period before forming Cunningham Plumbing Company, which he owned and operated for many years, frequently performing subcontracts for Irvinbilt Company. He joined Irvinbilt Constructors, Inc at its inception in 2011, giving the company in-house mechanical capabilities. Wayne is an avid deer hunter and enjoys road trips in his RV.

Irvinbilt Constructors, Inc. periodically updates the schedule of projects on which they intend to submit bids. We seek bids from qualified subcontractors and material and equipment suppliers. We solicit quotations from qualified MBE, WBE, DBE, and SDVE firms.
