Joe Garrison is the majority owner of Irvinbilt Constructors, Inc and holds the titles of chairman, president, and chief executive officer (CEO). He grew up in Chillicothe, Missouri and graduated from Chillicothe High School where he was a standout lineman for the football Hornets. He attended the University of Missouri in Columbia and earned a BS degree in Civil Engineering. Garrison joined Irvinbilt Company, Inc. after graduation in 1996 as a project manager. In 2011, upon the retirement of Irvinbilt Company Inc.’s principals, according to the succession plan, he chartered Irvinbilt Constructors Inc. He is a registered professional engineer (PE). Joe lives on a rural acreage near Chillicothe with his wife and two children. The family enjoys camping trips in their RV.
